Hi, I'm Monika, Czech/American. In the summer of 2022 I quit my job to backpack long-term - it just didn't make sense to wait any longer. Almost 2 years later now I'm still on the road and hope to last one more year before I have to find a job again. I travel mostly alone, but so far it was super fun to share parts with people I met along the way, when the vibe was right. I don't mind roughing it and if possible, I travel in a local way to get to unique places to meet people different from myself. So far it's been an amazing journey down the rabbit hole and back.
