I'm about to start my gap year this summer before studying history and archaeology at the University of Edinburgh in 2020. I love philosophy, scary movies, history obviously, and writing. I wrote my first novel last school year and will be working on its sequel while I travel. And I love good old banter with friends!

Interests
I like folklore/supernatural/the unexplainable. I don’t believe most things (I’m a very skeptical believer but a believer nonetheless), but I still enjoy visiting those spots. I love history and relics of the past. Otherwise, I'm a big fan of night walks and cafés and bookstores. Reading, poetry, music, cultural festivals, hiking, swimming... I’m pretty flexible when it comes to activities and enjoy trying new things. What’s life without a little adventure anyway? Not a fan of nightlife, but I'd go on occasion if everyone else is doing.
Travel style
I like hitting tourist-y things first, especially landmarks and places of historical intrigue, but after that I like to walk around and try to get into the mind of the locals. I also like relaxing and just hanging out wherever I am.
