I've had the good fortune to travel all over the world for business and pleasure, but haven't made it to Japan yet. Looking to visit in November of 2021.

Things I want to do: I'm a big foodie and looking forward to experiencing all that Japan has to offer in this regard. I'd like to take some cooking classes while there. I enjoying waking through different neighborhoods, potentially including some guided walking tours in areas that represent the true Japan, rather than touristy Japan. I enjoy hiking and sports and would consider a few days of skiing if it isn't too early in the season. I am interested in history and am interested in a day trip to Hiroshima to learn more about the city in the aftermath of the nuclear bombing.
