Central Siberia - hiking, driving, city break
10. 4. - 24. 4. 2020 (15 day trip)

Calling for 2 more travel buddies to join our self-directed trip to Central Siberia within still winterish but already warm and sun-lit month of April.
Split costs: Yes
Budget: $1000 - $1500
Type of journey: Other
Looking for: Any
Meeting before trip: Skype
Languages: English
Accommodation: Hotels
Getting around: Car
First visit: No
Work & Travel: No
Itinerary: Flexible
Places I want to see: Main destination: Krasnoyarsk. In (discussible) agenda: * 1/2-night visit to Lake Baikal (by an overnight train to Irkutsk), hikes in Nature Reserve "Stolby" with possible overnight stay there (in a cabin), * 1-2 night stay in Abakan (reachable by an overnight train) with hikes to National Park "Ergaki" and/or National park "Shushensky Bor", * exploring town(s), food, culture, all nature surroundings!
Things I want to do: Expenses: lodging, meals, train tickets, museums, renal car (to share) - all on ones' own. Advise/help with booking etc is with pleasure offered )) (Tickets for 4-hour long flight Moscow-Krasnoyarsk and back start from $150, currently.) Yes, entering Russia requires a visa for many nationals, please check it out, and if so you can start application (60 days in advance of trip.) I might be able to help with some paperwork (invitation?) if needed. It's a rare opportunity to get (through me :) ) an almost local free guide in Siberia who is interested to make guests explore as much as possible! So, please let me know soon, and we discuss further: I can approximate the total cost of the trip but your individual cost will be clear after we talk about your preferences (in stay etc.) Only serious inquiries, please )
