Here's your chance to learn to become present and "One With Nature" in your everyday through 1-2x daily meditation classes, plus deepen and renew your yoga practice, through 1-2x daily Dharma Yoga classes. Indulge in healthy food, smoothies, juices, tropical fruits. Eat nourishing food made to energize and refuel the body. Stay in the luxurious "Gold Coast" (West side) of the island, surrounded by the most heavenly beaches in a 4.5 star luxury wellness resort with 2x spa treatements included per person! Experience the luscious green nature of Barbados, learn to surf, stand up paddle board, tread out on an exciting hike, make some turtle friends during a swim, and serve a greater purpose by being part of a Beach Clean Up! In "One With Nature" you will learn the fundamentals of quieting the mind from its daily chores, breathing techniques, and envisioning and setting a tone for the year of 2020.
