I'm seeking a travel companion to Portugal

Hi, I am Mathias, 23 years old and I live in Belgium. My plan is to make a roadtrip to France, Spain & Portugal along the sea/coast. Somewhere in the summer (July, August or September | not certain yet) Start point is Belgium or The Nethetlands. From there we go south to France along the coast. We can stop at some interresting cities or villages. After that we go more south and we arrive in Spain. From there we also drive along the sea/coast and we can stop at some interresting cities, villages. Then we arrive at North Portugal. From there, back again, driving south (Porto, Lissabon,...) :-) Then we go back north again, now from the other side of the country. We will pass Murcia, Valencia, Barcelona,..... If we are back in France we go through the mountains. (almost against Italian, Swiss, German border). After that we arrive back in Belgium or The Netherlands. Above description is very short and nothing is certain. If you have other good ideas, let me know. I am looking for nice people, 18-30 years old. Maximum 4 people in total. If possible from Belgium or The Netherlands. Plan is to go 2-3 weeks. Should be enough :-) Staying at locals or hotels or motels or whatever they find out.
