I am a US citizen (and also a citizen of Spain) looking for someone to fly with me to Washington, D.C. from Barcelona. The person has to be a US citizen, Green Card holder, or from a visa-waiver country. That means any EU state except Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, Israel and Chile. Citizens of these countries can fly to the United States without a tourist visa. We can then travel in the US
