I'm planning an adventure through the Dominican Republic, where I've rented a car to explore as much of the island as possible. My goal is to experience both popular spots and hidden gems along the way.

Places I want to see: I’d like to visit beautiful beaches like Punta Cana and Samaná, the colonial history of Santo Domingo, the lush landscapes of Jarabacoa, and maybe take a detour to see the waterfalls of Damajagua. I'm also interested in exploring smaller towns to get a taste of the local culture.
Things I want to do: I'm looking forward to relaxing on the beaches, snorkeling, hiking, and visiting local markets. I’d love to try Dominican food, listen to live merengue and bachata, and get to know more about the culture and history of the island.
