Hello everyone. I'm Leonardo and from the 12th of September to the 5th of October I'm going to Egypt. I had to go with a friend who dumped me and I find myself with a ticket more, and a completely organized trip but with no partner. We would arrive in Cairo during the night between the 12th and the 13th. We'll stay there til the 19th, when, during the night we would move to Luxor, arriving there on the 20th. From the 20th to the 25th we'll stay in Luxor, and then we'll go back to Cairo for 2 days. On the 27th in the night we'll take a bus to go to Siwa Oasis, where we would stay till the 2nd of October. Then in the night of the 2nd, we'll go back to Cairo, and on the 5th of October we'd fly back to Italy. The ticket is from Milano Malpensa. I've already booked the hostels/hotels with free cancellation, so we could still change them. I did an estimate of how much we would spend per person, and it resulted in 800/1000€, considering the flight, the hotels, the shifts, the food, the amusements, and everything. Obviously, it's an adventurous trip; I'm talking about sleeping in hostels or tents, moving with the metro, taking buses, and avoiding the super touristic places. For me, it would be also a way to rediscover a place where I've lived for 3 years during my childhood. ?

Places I want to see: In Cairo I'd like to visit all the important museums and the pyramids, then I'd like to see the mosques and the whole Islamic part with the graveyard (they told me it's really cool). I thought about visiting the Coptic neighborhood. Then in Cairo I'd like to live the culture, being inside the markets and walking through the streets of this enormous city, seeing how the people live and feeling new perfumes. In Luxor, I plan to visit the temple of Karnak, the Valley of the Kings and the Queens, and to see the graves of the pharaohs. In Siwa I'll stay in a tent in a small camping. The plan over there would be to relax in the natural thermal pools, visit the white desert and to meet and socialize with new people. If you are interested I can send you the whole plan in detail.

Things I want to do: The purpose of this vacation is to understand deeply the Islamic culture and to see with my eyes the beauties of ancient Egypt. I'd like to eat local food, to know and be around locals and to record memories that I will keep forever inside me. I'd also like to have fun, go out at night and smoke shisha, stay out all night in downtown cairo. It's gonna be an experience to remember. Text me if you're interested
